Manual beading machines.
The manual beading machines is designed for processing the ends of thin-walled circular pipes, as well as applying a stiffener at a distance of up to 140 mm and up to 160 mm from the pipe end. This machine is the basic machine in its line, nevertheless, it is designed to meet most of the needs of tinsmiths: cutting, forming various types of edges, bending, narrowing, making nipple connections for air ducts, etc.
Electromechanical beading machines.
Electromechanical beading machine ZM-140 and ZM-160 are a modernized version of manual beading ZR-140 and ZR-160. The complete set with rollers and beading functionality are similar. For full-fledged work on our equipment, we always produce all electromechanical beaders only with a reversible drive. The electrical circuit for connecting the pedals has 2 degrees of protection against the simultaneous pressing of both pedals, both by mechanical blocking of the contact group, and by serial connection of the pedals themselves. The electric motor is protected against overheating during current overloads.
Industrial beading machines.
Industrial beading machines ZM-250, ZM-300 and ZM-600 are designed for applying stiffening ribs with a remote distance from the edge of the workpiece, as well as processing the edges of workpieces with increased metal thickness. A massive design, a modernized device for adjusting the shaft offset, reinforced shafts and shaft housings, a geared motor with increased power, all these points distinguish industrial beading from their younger counterparts.
To date, we have presented 2 models of industrial electromechanical beading - these are the ZM-300 and ZM-600 models, with roller overhangs of 300 and 600 mm, respectively.
Both models have a longitudinal adjustment of the lower shaft overhang using a handle.
The folding machines are equipped with two remote pedals (obverse and reverse). Beading machines for the manufacture of air ducts.
Electromechanical beading machines UVS-15 and ZM-240x1.2mm are designed for applying ziggles of various shapes to workpieces, including cylindrical ones. The rollers of the zig machine are driven by an electric motor.
It is used in the manufacture of ventilation elements (manufacture of nipples for round air ducts), elements of drainage systems.
