Description:

 Bending machine Stalex 1270x2mm (PBB1270 / 2A) is designed for the manufacture of various products from sheet materials with wide and complex shapes. The machine performs bending of products on four sides or more from the main surface of the workpiece, including bending in opposite directions of shelves-boards on such products as boxes, ventilated facades, facade cassettes, casings and any other profile metal products.

 The machine is supplied with two segment beams (segment top beam, segment bending beam). Each beam is equipped with 12 segments of different lengths: 25 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm, 270 mm. The height of the bending beam segment is 120 mm. Bending beam width 15 mm. The lifting height of the clamping segment beam is 47 mm. Depressed height without segment 25 mm.

When working with max. sheet thickness - the maximum parameters may not correspond to the tabular values, this is due to the difference in the ultimate strength coefficient σв, which should not exceed the σв <400 MPa parameter when working with low-carbon and carbon steel.
