Segmented bending machine 1270x2mm

Bending machine Stalex PBB series is designed for the manufacture of various products from sheet materials with wide and complex shapes. With flexible products on four sides such as boxes, pallets, ventilated facades and any other profile metal products.

1. The machine is supplied with an upper clamping segment beam. The PBB 1270/2 machine has 12 segments of various sizes: 25 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm, 270 mm. Bending beam width 15 mm. The lifting height of the clamping segment beam is 47 mm. Depressed height without segment 25 mm.
2. The PBB 1020 / 2.5 machine has 11 segments of different sizes: 25 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm, 270 mm. Bending beam width 15 mm. The lifting height of the clamping segment beam is 47 mm. Depressed height without segment 25 mm.

When working with max. sheet thickness - the maximum parameters may not correspond to the tabular values, this is due to the difference in the ultimate strength coefficient σв, which should not exceed the σв <400 MPa parameter when working with low-carbon and carbon steel.
