Spiral-wound machines are needed for the manufacture of circular air ducts.
Principle of operation:
With the help of the decoiler, the strip 137 mm wide is tightened and fed into the “lock” formation unit, where the metal strip (strip) is straightened, the “lock” is made directly on rolling rollers, then the pipe is wound with a hermetic closure of the “lock” of the spiral-wound air duct and cutting the finished spiral-wound pipe to the desired size (the cutting process is performed with a cutter, this allows you to get an even pipe edge, without burrs and not sharp, which ensures safe operation).
The line is controlled by the CNC system. Automation of the line operation allows to achieve high productivity of production of spiral-wound air ducts (from 20,000 m3 / month).
The difference between spiral wound machines.
Model 1500 - on flexible belts (if the exact pipe diameter is not critical to you).
Model 1500k-on flexible bands and rigid rings (on rigid rings you can make perfectly even diameters. If you pass pipes according to Gost, this is your choice).
Model 1500i-on flexible belts (makes pipes with an internal seam - very decoratively).
